Service Description
The Brand Story Experience is a guided brand photography session designed for entrepreneurs, creatives, and business owners who want imagery that clearly reflects their brand, message, and goals. This experience includes a brand vision consultation, where we begin with a one-on-one planning session (in studio, phone, or video- your choice) prior to your scheduled photoshoot. This consultation allows us to align on your brand personality, audience, and how your images will be used to ensure that your session is intentional, focused, and designed with purpose. With my background in fashion design and fashion marketing, along with a MBA in marketing, your session will be approached with both creative direction and strategic insight. Every pose, detail, and image is captured with branding, visibility, and consistency in mind- not just aesthetics. The session includes up to four people, making it ideal for brands working with spokesmodels, partners, or small teams. Wheather you're refreshing your content, preparing for a launch, or building a stronger visual presence, this experience is designed to give you images you can confidently use across platforms. Clients may keep their session clean and simple or enhance their experience through curated enhancements enhancements such as custom studio set design, special creative edits, or other upgrades. Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling a Session: You may reschedule your session date for no additional fee one time, provided that you contact the studio at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. You may use 100% of your session fee towards a future session that occurs within 60 days of your original scheduled appointment. After 60 days, your session deposit can no longer be used. You will then have to book another session. If you need to reschedule an additional time, or if notice is received less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled session appointment, there will be a reschedule service fee of $15 due at the time of the rescheduling for each additional rescheduled time. ​ Cancellation Policy: If you choose to cancel your portrait session prior to being photographed, and it is not caused by a proven emergency to the photographer, or you do not wish to reschedule, you will forfeit 100% of your deposit fee. If you have paid in full for a session, and do not wish to reschedule, you forfeit 50% of your total and will be refunded 50% if cancellation is at least 72 hours before scheduled session. If you have paid in full for a session and fail to cancel at least 72 hours in advance, and do not wish to reschedule, then you forfeit 100% of your session fee. No Show: If you choose to not show to your scheduled session, without explanation within 2 hours of your appointment time, you will forfeit 100% of your deposit. Late: I will allow 10 minute grace period for all sessions. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session will be shortened to stay within the scheduled timeframe. After 15 minutes or more late, without notice may result in cancellation of your session and your deposit will be forfeited. If something unexpected comes up, please call or text me as soon as possible. I completely understand that life happens, but communication ensures we can adjust smoothly. Image Presentation Policy: While the artist may photograph several images of you during the session, only the best images that tell your full story as determined by the client, the selections you make at the time of your session, will be edited and presented. The Photographer does not distribute unedited images. Promotional Use of Images: Images that have been edited and accepted by the client can/may be used by the photographer for promotional use via social media, website, and/or studio printed portfolio and/or display.
